cellulite or fat is easy to get and hard to get rid of, for women even more so. Like many, I have battled with fat deposits in places that seem like no matter how hard I try it never seems to do any good. Fat doesn’t just make you unhealthy and hard to find clothes for it also has a mental effect.

Fat can make you depressed, the more fat you have the more depressed you get and in turn will also make you eat more, just making the problem worse. Advertisements don’t help out the problem since half the ads are about food or being skinny.

Society keeps pressure on all of us to be skinny. The pressure to be skinny and the overload of everyday advertisements for foods that are unhealthy is a never ending onslaught we all have to face. The commute to work, family, dinner, and everyday life tends to take most of our time. Our free time just isn’t what it use to be and probably won’t change for a long time.
